Portrait of Jason Almine
HighLevel Certified Admin

Every lead answered, booked and followed up.Without you chasing.

For service businesses doing $500K to $10M: trades, clinics, gyms, real estate, agencies.

I'm Jason. I design GoHighLevel CRMs, build the n8n automation around them, and ship AI where it earns its keep. My job is making sure it all keeps running when nobody's watching.

What I do

I build systems that run themselves.

Lead engine, one lead from ad click to closed dealLeads arrive from Meta Ads, Google Ads and organic content into a GoHighLevel workflow. The lead is captured, gets an SMS reply in 38 seconds, is scored by Claude, nurtured over 5 touches and books a call, while n8n posts a Slack alert. Each step moves the opportunity down the pipeline from new lead to contacted, qualified, booked and won, closing a $4,800 deal.LEAD ENGINE01/04 · TRAFFIC02/04 · AUTOMATE03/04 · CONVERT04/04 · CLOSETRAFFICPIPELINEMeta Ads+18leadsGoogle Ads+14leadsOrganic+9leadsGoHighLevelworkflow · new lead → booked call● RUNNING✓ COMPLETEn8nslack alertClaudelead score1Lead capturedtrigger · meta form2Instant replysms out in 38s3AI qualifiesclaude · score 864Nurture5 touches · 7 days5Call bookedcalendar · tue 10:30CONTACTlistening for new leads…#1047 · via meta ads · new#1047 · score 86 · hot#1047 · booked tue 10:30#1047 · showed up · proposal sent#1047 · closed won · $4,800New lead41Contacted33Qualified21Booked12tue 10:30 · discovery callreminders sent · showed upWon5$4,800 · closed won#1047

01

CRM architecture in GoHighLevel

The CRM becomes the one place the business keeps the truth. Pipelines mirror how it actually sells, and automation keeps every field and stage honest.

Typical outcome1 pipeline, every stage automated, every number on 1 dashboard

GoHighLevel / GHL API / Twilio

02

Automation in n8n

The tools around the CRM stay in sync without anyone watching. Billing runs from Asana to Xero untouched, and when something fails, Slack tells me before the client has to.

Typical outcome64 workflows live across 10 platforms, month-end billing included

n8n / Make / Webhooks

03

AI shipped, not demoed

Claude Code and Codex are my daily engineering tools, and the same AI goes into client systems: parsers that read messy lead emails, voice agents that answer the phone.

Typical outcome8 lead-source parsers on 1 routing pattern, none dropping silently

Claude Code / Codex / Vapi / Retell

04

Funnels and paid ads

The funnel feeds the CRM and the CRM reports back to the ad platform. 4+ years of paid ads across 20+ accounts and $70K+ monthly budgets.

Typical outcome6:1+ return on ad spend, judged on what lands in the pipeline

GHL Funnels / Meta Ads / Google Ads

Full engagements

When the work is bigger than 1 pair of hands, I bring in specialists I trust. Same architect, more hands.

Multi-location rollouts and longer retainers work the same way as everything else here. I scope it, I architect it, and people I've shipped with before carry the extra hours. You still talk to me. I still answer for every line.

Notes from the workbench.

Snapshot: September 2026

  • Shipping

A multi-location GoHighLevel rollout: 1 CRM architecture, every location reporting into the same numbers.

  • Building

Internal tooling in Claude Code and Codex. Anything I do manually twice becomes a workflow.

  • Learning

Voice AI failure modes: where agents mishear or hang up, and how to catch it before a caller does.

  • Reading

High Output Management, Andy Grove. Still the best manual for being the entire org chart.
