The architect
stays on site.

I'm a CRM architect and automation builder for service businesses doing $500K to $10M in revenue: trades, clinics, gyms, real estate, agencies. Most days I'm inside GoHighLevel and n8n, with Claude Code open in the next window. My clients have outgrown their spreadsheets. I build the system that replaces them.
I work from Cebu, and everything about working with me is direct. You talk to me, I scope the work, I build the system, and I answer when something needs attention. No handoffs, no account managers.
I run Ventryx, my automation and CRM agency. You can also find me in the GoHighLevel Certified Admin Directory.
4 principles I won't argue about.
- 01
Build for the operator, not the demo.
A system proves itself on a Tuesday in month 6, not in the kickoff call. I build for the person who lives inside it after the handover.
- 02
Measure what compounds.
5 pipelines that audit themselves beat a report nobody opens. I put the effort where it keeps paying after I've logged off.
- 03
Boring is a feature.
8 lead parsers, 1 routing pattern, on purpose. Exciting architecture turns into a maintenance bill. Plain architecture doesn't.
- 04
Stay in the work.
I build what I design. Architects who leave the build site start drawing things that can't be built.
Best way in is a call.
