Practical
questions.

  • I build the CRM around the way your business handles enquiries: pipeline stages, forms, calendars, follow-up workflows and reporting. The scope can include a new setup or improvements to an existing account. The quote sets out the exact deliverables, documentation and team training.

  • GoHighLevel holds the contact records, sales pipeline and follow-up. I use n8n to connect the CRM to other tools and handle work such as lead routing, data reconciliation and billing. My portfolio includes an n8n automation suite for a property developer and a GoHighLevel enrolment CRM for a training academy.

  • It's me. I run the discovery call, I scope the work, I build it, I support it. When a project needs more hands, I bring in specialists I trust, and I stay the lead.

  • A focused GoHighLevel build is 2 to 4 weeks. Multi-system rollouts and migrations take longer. I'll commit to a real timeline after the discovery call.

  • Project work starts around USD 2,000 and scales with scope. Ongoing work, like managing ads or tuning the systems behind them, lives in a monthly retainer. After the call I send a 1-page quote so you can see exactly what's included.

  • No. The point of the work is that the people running the business don't have to think about how it works. I document everything and train the team that owns it.

  • Yes. About half the work I do is fixing or extending what's already there, not building from scratch.

  • Book a call. We'll talk through the business, and if I think there's a smaller, cheaper version of what you came in asking for, I'll tell you.

  • No. Most of the work runs async, and calls get scheduled to suit your hours.
