Jason Almine / GoHighLevel consulting

GoHighLevel Consultant for Service Businesses

I build GoHighLevel around what happens between a new enquiry and a completed sale. Your team gets a pipeline it can work from, follow-up it can understand, and reporting tied to the stages that matter.

Talk through your project

Where this fits

For service businesses with leads arriving through forms, ads, email or phone, and a team that needs a reliable next action. I can build a new account or improve the workflows already running in yours.

What I build with you

  1. 01Map the enquiry journey

Define pipeline stages, required fields, ownership and the conditions that move an enquiry forward. Review the existing account before deciding what needs replacing.

  2. 02Build the follow-up

Connect forms and calendars to routing, reminders and workflow stop conditions. Test replies, bookings and stage changes so a contact does not keep receiving the wrong follow-up.

  3. 03Make the numbers usable

Set up reporting around the agreed stages and sources. Document the configuration and train the people who will operate it after handover.

Boundaries to agreeA CRM can make follow-up consistent. It cannot repair an unclear offer or guarantee that an enquiry becomes a sale. Deliverability, consent, source quality and the team's response process still matter.

The work behind the service

Before we start

Project work starts around USD 2,000. We use a 30-minute discovery call to define the scope, then a written quote sets out the deliverables, timeline and handover. Ongoing system tuning can be scoped separately. I work from Cebu, with asynchronous delivery and calls arranged around your hours.

What does a GoHighLevel consultant deliver?

The deliverable is a working CRM process, not just a configured account. Depending on scope, that includes pipeline stages, forms, calendars, routing, follow-up workflows, reporting, documentation and team training. The quote lists the exact inclusions.

Can you fix an existing GoHighLevel account?

Yes. I review the current setup, identify conflicting or missing steps, and scope the changes around the workflows your team already uses. A rebuild is not automatically the right answer.

How long does setup take?

A focused GoHighLevel build typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. Migrations and multi-system rollouts take longer. Access, data quality and approval turnaround affect the schedule.
