Jason Almine / AI automation consulting

AI Automation Consultant for Service Businesses

I help service businesses turn repetitive work into a process they can operate. AI is useful when an input needs interpretation, such as a messy lead email. Rules and human review still decide what the system is allowed to do next.

Talk through your project

Where this fits

For teams copying information between tools, interpreting incoming enquiries or handling repetitive routing. Start with a specific bottleneck and a measurable outcome rather than a request to add AI everywhere.

What I build with you

  1. 01Choose the job

Map the input, the decision and the action. Identify what can follow fixed rules, what needs interpretation, and what must stay with a person.

  2. 02Connect it to the operation

Build the workflow around the existing CRM and tools. Validate extracted fields before downstream actions and define what happens when an input is incomplete or ambiguous.

  3. 03Make exceptions visible

Agree on review points, error alerts and an owner for failed runs. Test representative inputs and document how the team can investigate or correct an outcome.

Boundaries to agreeAI output can be wrong. Customer-facing messages, financial actions and sensitive decisions need controls appropriate to their risk. Model usage, third-party subscriptions and access permissions are part of project scoping.

The work behind the service

A luxury Australian property developer

The self-healing automation backbone

A 90+ workflow n8n suite that keeps a CRM and 10 other tools in sync on their own, across 5 property pipelines.

Before we start

Project work starts around USD 2,000. We use a 30-minute discovery call to define the scope, then a written quote sets out the deliverables, timeline and handover. Ongoing system tuning can be scoped separately. I work from Cebu, with asynchronous delivery and calls arranged around your hours.

Does every automation need AI?

No. If a field, rule or native workflow solves the problem reliably, that is usually the simpler build. Use AI for an interpretation task, then validate its output before acting on it.

What does an AI follow-up system cost?

My project work starts around USD 2,000, with the final quote based on scope. An AI follow-up system also needs a decision on channels, review controls, integrations and ongoing usage. That starting figure is not a fixed price for every AI implementation.

How do you evaluate whether the automation is useful?

Agree on the operational measure first: handling time, successful routing, exceptions or follow-up completion. Compare representative runs with the current process. Keep downstream sales outcomes separate from what the automation itself can demonstrate.
