Jason Almine / n8n automation

n8n Automation Consultant and Workflow Builder

I use n8n for the work that crosses the boundaries of your CRM. Lead intake, record updates, reconciliation and billing can share a process instead of relying on someone to copy information between tabs.

Where this fits

For businesses with a defined process spread across multiple tools. The strongest starting point is a recurring handoff with clear inputs, a known destination and someone responsible for exceptions.

What I build with you

  1. 01Trace the data

Map the source of truth, record identifiers and update rules. Check the APIs and permissions before committing to the integration.

  2. 02Build for repeat runs

Validate incoming data, define duplicate handling and make updates safe to retry where the destination supports it. Handle partial failures instead of assuming every request succeeds.

  3. 03Operate after launch

Set up error visibility and document the workflow's dependencies. Include representative failure cases in testing and agree who maintains the system as connected tools change.

Boundaries to agreeAn integration depends on the connected tools' API access, limits and data quality. Hosting, credentials, ongoing maintenance and third-party usage are agreed during scoping. A workflow running once is not evidence that every edge case is covered.

Before we start

Project work starts around USD 2,000. We use a 30-minute discovery call to define the scope, then a written quote sets out the deliverables, timeline and handover. Ongoing system tuning can be scoped separately. I work from Cebu, with asynchronous delivery and calls arranged around your hours.

When should I use n8n instead of GoHighLevel workflows?

Keep straightforward CRM actions inside GoHighLevel when its native workflow does the job. Consider n8n when the process spans several systems, needs custom transformations or must reconcile information across sources.

How do you prevent duplicate contacts?

Define the matching rule before writing records. Use stable identifiers where available, check existing records, and account for repeated deliveries and retries. The exact approach depends on each destination's API and your contact rules.

Can you maintain existing n8n workflows?

Yes. The starting point is an audit of their purpose, dependencies and failure handling. Ongoing tuning can be scoped as a monthly retainer; the supported workflows and responsibilities belong in the agreement.
